Moray for Horse Riders

If you are interested in exploring Moray on horseback then you have found the right place. MEAG provides information on where to ride, organsises pleasure rides and social events and represents horse riders on Moray’s Local Outdoor Access Forum.

Many of our members also ride further afield and can help with information and knowledge to help you plan your next adventure.

Follow the various links for further information.  You can also find us on Facebook.

Come and join us on one of our rides and explore Moray’s wonderful countryside on horseback.

The photo above is a trail in Teindland Forest created by MEAG a few years ago with the assistance of the Forestry Commission and a grant from the National Lottery.

Hi Michelle, have you downloaded the route map and description from the website here? Also there is a recent update on our face book page. The route card will keep you away from the bits that are not suitable for horses. However this info is a few years old so things may have improved. If you find any changes could you let me know? Best wishes. Sorry, but I can’t tell you about Edinkillie.
