Moray for Horse Riders

The Group is now fully up and running after electing a committee at the AGM last month.

Insurance is now in place and we have a full programme of events for the coming months. You can download this from the ‘What’s on’ page.

Come and join us on one of our rides and explore Moray’s wonderful countryside on horseback.

The photo above is a trail in Teindland Forest created by MEAG a few years ago with the assistance of the Forestry Commission and a grant from the National Lottery.

Hi Michelle, have you downloaded the route map and description from the website here? Also there is a recent update on our face book page. The route card will keep you away from the bits that are not suitable for horses. However this info is a few years old so things may have improved. If you find any changes could you let me know? Best wishes. Sorry, but I can’t tell you about Edinkillie.

Hello. I’m planning parking trailer at Edinkillie hall & riding to forres one day then from Edinkillie to grantown another day, would you know if I can park at Edinkillie? Have walked from Edinkillie a bit with dog. Is there any bits of dava way unsuitable for horses or alternative routes? Thanks
